The Room 4 apartments are located in the middle of the old town of Salzburg, right next to all the sights!

You can reach everything on foot and you can also relax in the newly designed apartments with a modern look by the interior designer, enjoy a glass of wine with Mozart on the terrace or swim in the pool in the warm months.

Exclusivity, oak country house parquet floors, stylish bathrooms with free-standing bathtubs can be found in the equipment.

Our four apartments are located two each on the 1st and 2nd floor and can be booked separately, by floor or the whole house individually for 1 to 12 people.

Extensive equipment!

All apartments offer you the opportunity to cook in a small kitchen with ceramic hob (Skylounge with oven). The equipment also includes a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine for the morning coffee appetite, as well as kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils.

Bed linen, final cleaning & service!

Bed linen and towels are provided once. No daily room cleaning, only final cleaning! All apartments have cable TV, free WiFi and access to the swimming pool (use at your own risk).

Park and be mobile!

Park directly at the apartment building or in the Mönchsberg garage 100m away for 15.00/night (limited contingent). You won't need your car during your stay... you can reach shops, bars, restaurants and most sights within a few minutes' walk.

Time-saving check-in!

We offer a fast, uncomplicated self-check-in. You can therefore arrive without any time pressure - you will receive your access data for the apartment building and your apartment when you make your booking.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Check-out: 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Washer and dryer!
For a small fee of EUR 2 for 3 hours, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the Room 4 apartments on the ground floor.
