Only the finest materials were used in the design holiday apartments and staged in a cozy urban style. Cosiness, homeliness and exclusivity are the top priority in the holiday apartments and penthouse. The Villa Salzburg has been accommodating holiday guests for over 40 years. We recently adapted the Villa Salzburg structurally and designed the holiday apartments luxuriously. We are thus continuing the long tradition of our house.

The stately Villa Salzburg is located in the posh district of Riedenburg. In just 10 minutes you can walk to the famous old town of Salzburg. Of course, you can also easily reach all areas of the city by bus, which departs/arrives just a few meters from the house. In the immediate vicinity of the villa you will find numerous cafes, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, a laundry, a hairdresser and much more.

The villa was built in 1893 and completely renovated in 2015. When reconstructing the holiday apartments, attention was paid to combining the historic construction with modern and elegant design elements. The result is exclusive and luxurious design holiday apartments that offer an exceptional feel-good ambience.

On the partially green roof terrace, which is accessible to all guests, you can relax and enjoy the view of the "Mönchsberg", the "Rainberg" and the villas of the Riedenburg district. With its cozy lounge furniture and comfortable sun loungers, the roof terrace offers the ideal place to relax. In the evening you can enjoy the end of the day thanks to the romantic lighting.

As an additional source of relaxation to the generally accessible roof terrace, almost every apartment offers you either a spacious balcony or a cozy garden.

The villa is a non-smoking house, so we ask that you only smoke on the balconies or terraces.
