The Garden Kitchen

Directly from the garden to the plate - with us, the name says it all: We offer our guests an extensive selection of freshly prepared dishes and cool drinks every day. Many of the ingredients come from our own city garden. Here we grow different types of vegetables, herbs and fruit. Depending on the season and as soon as they are ripe, they end up in our kitchen.

Fresh and individual
We deliberately do without a fixed menu: We combine fresh ingredients from our garden spontaneously and individually with the seasonal organic offerings of our regional partners. This is especially pleasing to our guests: they experience a colorful culinary variety and can choose daily from the high-quality and homemade dishes.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free? No problem!
We don't see different diets as a trend, but as a part of our diverse society. We have made it our mission to be able to offer all of our guests a choice of delicacies. We cook vegan, gluten-free, whole foods and with natural sugar substitutes.
