The restaurant is already run by us, Heidi and Gerhard Pongratz, in the second generation. After taking over the inn 25 years ago, we transformed it into a popular toque restaurant. In the restaurant Auerhahn the owner still cooks personally. This is one of the many guarantors of the consistent quality for which our gourmet restaurant is so popular.
